We are searching for a team-oriented Director of Clinical Project Management to join us as soon as possible in this demanding mission.
Location: Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area, Germany
Your Duties
- Overall administration of clinical project management of international clinical tests in phases I-III
- Responsibility for planning, conducting and supervising all operative processes involved in the clinical tests
- Independent leadership of complex clinical studies
- Management of pharmacovigilance
- Reporting to the Executive Director and external partners
- Personnel management of about 15 employees
Your Profile
- You have a degree in natural sciences, ideally a PhD
- Experience in the project management of international clinical tests, ideally in the oncology sector
- Sound negotiating skills, excellent communication skills (in German and English), and strong organisational skills
- You can negotiate and think scientifically and have a natural entrepreneurial spirit
- Several years experience in employee management
- An assertive disposition and a high level of dedication round out your profile

- Medical consulting (internal/external)
- Help with the creation of new study protocols
- Reviewing and updating already existing protocols
- Creating and revising CRFs
- Presenting studies at internal and external events
- Developing and carrying out evaluations
- Literature research
- (Assisting with) writing publications
- Participating in internal meetings
- Close cooperation with pharmacovigilance
Your Profile
- Professionally licensed doctor (m/f), ideally a specialist in gynaecology and obstetrics or haemato-oncology
- Work in a structured and independent manner
- Clinical and theoretical experience in clinical research (familiarity with GCP, AMG is desired)
- Ability to draft scientific publications in both English and German
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Computer-literate
- Teamwork and communication skills
